At Sydney Coaches & Bus Body Smash Repairs, we invest in our people. With the right tools, hands-on training, and experienced leadership behind you, you'll have everything you need to develop your trade and build a career you're proud of.

My name is Paul Priddle, and I've spent the last 20 years working as an industrial painter across trucks, heavy machinery, buses, and marine applications, specialising in industrial abrasive painting and micron specification. In 2012, I opened Sydney Coaches & Bus Body Smash Repairs with a team of talented tradespeople, built around one goal: delivering honest, high-quality repairs at a fair price. That same standard is what we bring to how we train and support our team today.

Real training, not just a job

— Learn directly from tradesmen with 20+ years of combined experience, specialising in industrial abrasive painting and micron-spec finishes.

A clear path forward

— Whether you're starting as an apprentice or bringing existing skills, there's room to grow into a leading tradesperson within the team.

Quality-first culture

— We work with premium Australian-made materials and take the time to do the job properly, so you're building skills that actually mean something.

Safety comes first

— Heavy vehicle repair and industrial painting come with real risks. We take PPE, training, and safe work practices seriously, for our clients and for our team.
